1. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

• Delivery Timeline: Depending on your location within India, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery pincode.

• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at no cost before it has been shipped. Please contact our support team immediately for cancellations.

• After Dispatch: Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, opt for a return as per our Return Policy.

3. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you bought. If you are not satisfied, here is how we handle returns:

• Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

4. Exchange Policy

• Please share an unboxing video and photos of the defect within 48 hours of delivery to expedite the process.​
